The awaited encounter between Daddy Yankee and his eager fans of the city of Houston, Texas, has been canceled due to the imminent pass of hurricane Rita through the Gulf of Mexico.
It was announced today that the concert which was scheduled for Sunday September 25, 2005 at the Toyota Center located in Houston, Texas, will be canceled due to the bad weather expected to affect the city this weekend.
“I urge all my people from Houston and all the areas that might be affected by this Hurricane to remain calm and to take care of one another”, expressed Yankee.
The tour will continue until mid – October with dates in Venezuela, Washington DC, Chicago, Miami and Orlando, Florida.
