Ok i wouldn't go with hands down Reggaeton is better, in my opinion its not better, but i respect sum1 who says it is better but hands down.. naaaa homie. and actually i do listen 2 alot of reggaeton XXXX dats all cousin listens 2 and he just moved here from puerto rico so dats y he love dat XXXX so yea im on top of dat wack music, but its like this is how it is. u know how the hip hop industry is in the us, nobody on that real flow new york street hip hop no more.similar how alot of ppl aren't on dr rap, not because its not good or worse, but its like how in the US all you here is down south music and dats all you here in the latino industry reggaeton music, not because they are better but because it sells because it has a simple beat to dance to, see i understand not everyone these days wants 2 here bout politics and the street and that real XXXX, but real niggaz don't wanna here dat dale ma pa tra tra all fuckin day, i mean dats strictly club XXXX. Yea Reggaeton is on top but because it sells and the stars in reggaeton are more widely known because they wannna be on tv and want alot of fame, but man in nyc dat reggaeton XXXX just ain't poppin its just not real XXXX, its too commercial

i understand wat ur sayin, that dr rap has more hood credibility so to speak,
wat im sayin is reggaeton has the potential to have the same street credibility, but these dominican cats instead of givin sometin to reggaeeton they do the thing they can and decide 2 go w rap, im talkin bout musical style homez,jus becuz its reggaeton , doesnt mean its meant 2 b danced 2?, u can talk about sum real XXXX , it jus needs more creativity and skills 2rap real and make sense in reggaeton than in hip hop,not any can do it, wat frustrates me is not the fact that dominican artists dunno how to do good reggaeton,they prolly do and could b killer at that XXXX but its juz that they decide to hop on hip hops dik cuz its bigger
