SANGRE NUEVA (New Blood) is the new compilation album produced by HECTOR EL BAMBINO “EL FATHER” presenting the fresh new talent in the hottest musical genre. Hector joined forces with his friend and chorus member NALDO to produce the album reuniting the young artists and inviting reggaeton superstars DADDY YANKEE, DON OMAR, and TEGO CALDERON among others to join and support them.
With only 6 days in the market SANGRE NUEVA reached the #3 position in Billboard’s Latin Album Chart, a very significant debut for a newcomer’s release.
SANGRE NUEVA includes 29 tracks divided in two discs with veterans of the genre supporting their favorite new artists. The first single being released out of the album is “Sacala” (Get it out), a track performed by Hector “El Father”, Don Omar and the duet Wisin & Yandel. The video for the song was filmed in Puerto Rico’s State Prison; the story line centers on a group of prisoners escaping from jail.
