Some of the biggest names in Salsa and Reggaeton teamed up to present, to the world, Los Cocorocos. Los Cocorocos allows Reggaeton artists to go back to their roots and produce music that Bring the careers of artists like Tego Calerdon, Don Omar, Julio Voltio full circle.
Many fans have already been dancing to “Los Hombres Tienen la Culpa” which is a beautiful collaboration between Don Omar & Gilberto Santa Rosa. The album begins with an introduction by Gallego and also contains collaborations between, Domingo Quinones, and Zion, Tego Calderon and Victor Manuelle, La Sister and Victor Manuelle, along with a solo performance from Voltio. The album also has musical arrangements by Charlie Donato, Domingo Quiñones, Jose Lugo and Willie Sotello.
Although Los Cocorocos is a Salsa album, it has just enough Reggaeton to make fans of all ages happy. With continuous high quality productions like this, Reggaeton artists will secure their place in history, alongside those artists from other genres who have paved the way for them.
