The man behind chart topping hits for Daddy Yankee & Snoop Dogg (Gangster Zone), Don Omar (Salvaje), Wisin & Yandel (Rakata), Hector El Father (Noche De Travesura), Zion Y Lennox (Cuando), Yaviah (Contacto), R. Kelly (Burn It Up) and Frankie J.(Obsession), just to name a few, is Josias De La Cruz, better known as super producer Nely El Arma Secreta.
Nely, of Dominican descent, was born and raised in Puerto Rico where he immersed himself in music at the early age of five years old while playing drums in his local church. At age of 14 he began experimenting with Reggaeton and has since mastered his craft. He quickly established himself as the top producer for some of the music industrys biggest stars.
Nely has been an intricate part of the Reggaeton explosion; contributing beats to Reggaetons highest selling albums including Mas Flow 2 and Wisin Y Yandel PaL Mundo. Known for his versatile beats and complex style, he is the producer artists turn to when searching for a sure fire hit. At only 18 years old with an extensive list of hits to his credit, Nely has accomplished more than most producers accomplish in a lifetime.
